# Privacy Policy

**AZverse** (the "App")

Effective Date: **June 10, 2026**

This Privacy Policy describes how **Azx Tech Pte. Pty Ltd** ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the App, a non-custodial Web3 portfolio and market information tool. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

## 1. Summary

- The App is a **viewing tool**. It does not hold your assets and cannot move them.
- We **never** collect private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases, and the App has no ability to access them.
- We do **not** require you to create an account or verify your identity to use the App.
- Wallet addresses you connect or enter are used only to display publicly available on-chain information.

## 2. Information We Collect

- **Communications.** If you contact us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

- **Diagnostics.** Crash logs and performance data.
- **Push notification token.** If you enable notifications, we process your device push token to deliver them.

**Information we do NOT collect:**

- Private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases;

- Precise location data.

## 3. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain networks are public by design. Any wallet address and its associated on-chain activity are publicly visible to anyone, including via independent blockchain explorers, regardless of whether you use the App. The App reads this public data; it does not create it and cannot alter or delete it. Once recorded on a blockchain, information is permanent and outside our control.

## 4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

- Display portfolio, balance, and market information you request;
- Deliver watchlist and price notifications you enable;
- Operate, maintain, debug, and improve the App;
- Protect the security and integrity of the App and its infrastructure;
- Respond to your support requests;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

## 5. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

- **Service providers** that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting, blockchain node/data providers, analytics providers, and push notification services (including Apple Push Notification service), in each case only as needed to provide their services;
- **Legal and safety recipients**, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, or us;
- **Corporate transaction parties**, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

## 6. Data Retention

We retain preferences and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Wallet addresses you remove from the App are deleted from our systems within a reasonable period. Note that public blockchain data itself is permanent and is not stored or controlled by us.

## 7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Your wallet's security depends on your own safekeeping of your private keys and device.

## 8. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law (including, for GDPR-covered transfers, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses).

## 9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to object to certain processing. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to and correction of your personal information, and you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at **legal@azverse.xyz**. You can also delete locally stored data at any time by deleting the App.

## 10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

## 11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the App where practicable.
